Muffler Assembly Fits John Deere Tractor 650 750 850 950 1050 Made In USA

This is not another cheap muffler. We are not trying to'race to the bottom' with the cheapest products that we can get away with. We won't compete with China on price.

We are building very high quality parts in the USA that WE LIKE and we are then offering them for sale to you. We built this muffler for use on our own tractors and it turned out so good we decided to offer them for sale.

We fixed all of the things that we didn't like with our old muffler. The condensation & rain would collect in the muffler and splatter us with black soot droplets....

So we added a drain to the bottom which also helps prevent rusting. We changed the flow of the exhaust so that rain going into the top pipe would not flow directly into the engine & cause engine damage. We would hit our mufflers on low hanging tree branches so we made ours with a'breakaway' so the muffler will just pivot if that happens instead of breaking the muffler or manifold.

It was always hard to find a muffler that fit between the loader frame and hood - so we made our muffler width fully adjustable. Our tractor was really loud so we worked extra hard to deaden the "Yammer Hammer" as much as possible. Now, realistically, you are not going to be able to operate the tractor in a library or while holding a sleeping baby but 10%-15% is a noticeable improvement. Remove your old muffler (4 bolts). And bolt this one on using your original hardware & the included gasket. Made In USA from heavy gauge steel. Integrated drain in the bottom to help prevent rusting, engine damage from rain getting to engine, & black soot droplets. Muffler can rotate 360 degrees so you can position vertically or horizontally. Built-in "breakaway" feature so muffler will pivot instead of breaking if you hit a low branch, for example. Adjustable width so you can clear almost any loader frame. Nice quality Made In USA gasket.
